High Teck Low VOC High Solids Acrylic Lacquer Primers provide a fast dry time, easy sanding, and high-build characteristics. This formula delivers superior adhesion and color holdout with minimal shrinkage. It is a one-component primer and surfacer with a 1:1 thinning ratio. The primer is black in color and comes in a 1 quart size. It is a low VOC formulation with a weight of 2.2 lbs.
