Compact and oval-shaped, this individual financier pan is made of tinplate steel with a silicone coating for easy release. Perfect for baking classic financiers or other small treats. Please handle with care as the top edge may be sharp. Black marks or scratches may appear on the surface during manufacturing—these are not defects and do not affect performance.
- Durable silicone finish for easy release, but buttering the molds is recommended for best results
- Temperature resistant up to 200°C
- Not dishwasher safe
